edit: watched the clip, and i guess it's kinda weird how they had the window open hours before he came in, making the room cold
FNS on Tarik's stream said that the window was broken and can't be manually closed so they needed some assistance to close it which was not provided. Also, Victor had covid symptoms like fever and chills and the cold weather of Berlin made it worse.
