They perform as good as Top EMEA Teams in my opinion so they can be 2nd best Region.

Imo one tourney isn't enough for this kind of statement. If they show up like they did here in the next international event then I think it's valid.

Recency bias- yes
All time international Val events- no

You can call us a top 3 for sure (SEA i meant)

NA has a higher ceiling if they actually practiced
VS would likely beat SEA teams, if they actually got a lucky seeding once and got the opportunity to play them
Buuuut, I can see the argument

NV couldn’t even take a map off gambit in masters whereas TS defeated Gambit on icebox and X10 rolled Gambit on their best map that too on attack side surely we are not good

I do agree on the VS part. VS still as an edge over SEA teams

It’s unlucky, I’m confident VS are a top 8 team, just unfortunate seeding :<

Good chance SA gets integrated with SEA soon. Plus they scrim constantly. This is more like a EU CIS debate

I might get downvoted for saying this but imo SEA has the element of surprise coming into this tourney, especially X10C they're so unpredictable. People were sleeping on them. But let's see next year, will they be able to maintain their performance or not.

I think KR is a top-heavy region whereas SEA is very competitive. FS didn't really impress us in Champions, but they did win the APAC LCQ, which in and of itself is very impressive. And tbf they were in the group of death 🤷‍♂️ luck just never sided w them.

One good thing SEA has for itself is that the region is very competitive. If they keep grinding, SEA could be a serious contender.

Except south east Asia has nothing in common with South Asia. They are nowhere near as close culturally or distance wise or history wise as Russia is to Europe. You’re braindead

Oh I think everyone agrees on them being top8, I think they're top 4/5 behind TL, FNC, C9 and maybe on par with GMB who look very flat compared to last masters

Yeah that's exactly my point with VS being top tier and the rest (maybe expect old NU) being kinda meh, and SEA being pretty good all-round, but no team on VS' level. And it's not just the group of death, if they made it in 2nd, they'd have to play TL, who are my biggest contender to win it all. And even back at M3, they were undefeated until they drew the eventual winner in Gambit in the QFs... they just can't catch a break man
