Why are people thinking Rise can beat Cloud9 Blue?

NGL today I have seen so many people saying Rise will beat c9 . Like wtf there is no way that is happening. Same amount of people were saying XSET beats 100t and geng wins LCQ. I really wanna know why people think so , like some definite evidence. And dont give shit takes like mitch is trash and they will lose cuz of him because he was not that good against XSET and v1 too and they were far harder opponents than Rise and yet they won
