Redemption: [Tier one teams in each region]

I didn't really explain my last rankings but I basically merged tiers 1 and 2 but here is my redemption list bc I want to see how they would compare to the vct slots
here we go
NA - 8 (i was considering ten but v1 and tsm haven't proven that yet)
EU - 12~13 (I nearly accidentally counted heretics xd)
BR - 6 (7 being generous to stars horizon)
JP - 3 (I could add reject but I haven't really kept up with the JP scene so please correct me if I'm wrong)
KR - 3 (RIP F4Q, you will be missed)
SEA - 5~6 (I'm really not sure about boom but I think they deserve a spot)
SA - 2~3 (I'm sure I'm wrong bc I'm basing this off conquerors)
LA-S - 2
LA-N - 2 (I believe Lazer is close but not there yet)
OCE - 4~5 (believe it or not but I stayed up until 2 am watching OCE finals and from the highlights and the lack of contact with other regions i would say this is fair but tbh soniqs didn't boom NA like promised so IDK if order will do the same)
MENA - 2 (RIP fox gaming)

I hope vct slots will reflect this list more accurately next time. I hope I have redeemed myself from my previous list.

P.S. ViCi deserves a CS major slot

SA has 3 tier 1 teams
Maybe 4 now since Enigma 2.0 has shown potential
VLT GE and TE are the best and only teams which can be considered "T1"

Also XO is trying new comps as mentioned by psy in his stream that's why they are underperforming so I guess once they finalise their comps they can also be in tier 1 list.

idk , the thing about XO is that they lack a definitive IGL or the guy who holds everyone down , so to say. Every player in XO is pretty young and in your face kind of , and it shows in their gameplay quite a bit. Imo they are what G2 would be without the experienced veteran in Mixwell. They overpeek and drypeek a lot , and have great strats and executes some rounds but the very next round they make mistakes plats would make in ranked. Back in VLT Amaterasu was the guy who held Excali down , badman held ghost down etc , but in XO imo psy still is not IGL material. He has definitely improved as an individual player , he is looking absolutely amazing on the Sova but XO has the same problem many NA teams have ( NRG , TSM to name a few ) They have 5 extremely individually skilled players but no 1 guy to bind everyone together
Plus idk why they have to trial jett mains every 2 months only to force them to play other agents.

Boom is 100% not t1 if we judge by the results. But they do have the potential, considering they just got BerserX and tehbotol (former Alter Ego members who finished top 3 SEA)

Also team BAAM have a potential to break into t1 imo. They were quite good last time out.

true true, BOOM has a staacked roster, but BAAM lost Redneval and crazyguy, their 2 best players so idk.

The only international competition we have from OCE is from Soniqs, who used to be number one OCE and barely ever touched top 10 NA. imo OCE has maybe 2 tier 1 teams.
