I'll give my opinion about everything it concerns about Valorant tournament system in general. I would like to create a discussion and see what you guys could suggest to improve.

Firstable, since the game is getting bigger and bigger, we should change some regions structure.

1 - EU: Europe + Turkey
2 - AME: Africa North + Africa South + Middle East
3 - NA: United States + Canadá + Latam North
4 - LATAM: Latam North + Latam South
5 - Brasil
6 - South Asia: India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Buthan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, etc...
7 - SEAO: South-East Asia + Oceania
8 - JP/KR: Japan + Korea
9 - China
10 - CIS: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Khazakistan, etc...

Masters - 24 spots
EU - 4 Spots
AME - 2 Spot
NA - 3 Spots
Latam - 2 Spots
Brasil - 2 Spots
South Asia - 1 Spot
SEAO - 3 Spots
JP/KR - 3 Spots
China - 2 Spot
CIS - 2 Spots

Champions 32 spots
EU - 4 Spots
AME - 2 Spot
NA - 3 Spots
Latam - 2 Spots
Brasil - 2 Spots
South Asia - 1 Spot
SEAO - 3 Spots
JP/KR - 3 Spots
China - 2 Spot
CIS - 2 Spots
Last Chance - 8 Spots

Last chance would mix CIS with EU and South Asia with SEAO and the champions of the each last chance would go to Champions.

dude if japan went from losing all Matches humilitaingly in masters reykjavik to going overtime against GAMBIT just from exposure of one tournament i think we should also get Masters slot but ig we wont coz i think our indian teams will do a lot of hardwork after exposure

I think Japan has 2 spots coz the country invested hard in their scene with money and number of players. But i think south asia must have their spot secured in a masters. 24 spots is pretty welcoming for those minor regions to develop.

I disagree coz Turkey and CIS have good teams + its boring when u don't have at least one of those teams: gambit, navi, g2, liquid, fnatic and oxygen/fut/sBlaze

yeah but without offcials mixing like emea the region wont develop as much and it will just be gambit and an ok navi

Maybe, but 100t, Sen and NV are pretty above the rest of the region. Maybe TSM and T1 have players (i said players) in a international level, but idk

T1 is T2 sry

But XSET on the other hand always pushes 100T and Envy to the limit, wouldn’t say they’re too far behind

As a team, i agree, but brax, autimatic and skadoodle are great players and they have a great history in FPS. I respect them more than those teams that didnt conquered anything yet.

Imo, make these changes:

Recombine EU TR and CIS with 5 slots
Remove a slot from AME and China, no reason for them to get two when SA gets one
Separate JP and KR because what’s the point in having them together, I’d rather be assured that we get to see both at masters
Give JP and KR 2 each and NA 4
We still have one slot left over and not completely sure where to put it… actually! Give it to the region that won last masters

On second thought i agree with you, except with Japan/Korea and China 1 spot.

Japan doesn't deserve 2 spots easily after those results in Iceland and Germany. They need to fight against Korean teams that are stronger than them
I gave China 2 spots coz they have the greatest population and China gives a lot of money to any game market.

They have 20million more people than india and no they dont give a lot of money in market in fact gaming is reatricted to 3hours per week in china

League of Legends is huge in China, and the 3 hours per week restriction is only for minors, I can definitely see a future for Valorant in China

Imo CIS and Turkey should make their own region idk what it would be called but that would bring lots of competition among the two regions without making it a completely bloodbath where really good teams don’t make it bc of not enough slots, and make EU, CIS/TKY and NA have equal amounts of slots. Also, making LATAM its own region just seems like a pretty bad idea, let’s be honest here LATAM teams aren’t the cream of the crop. Put LATAM north in NA and LATAM south in Brazil and make them play with better regions to promote development

How do you imagine the ping issues? Turks have higher ping on Stockholm(where most Russians play because Russia is quite a northern country, you know) than on Frankfurt(biggest server in Europe), it is like 45 ping for turks on Frankfurt and over 80 on Stockholm, we either leave it as it is now or give everyone separate slots, TR+CIS makes no sense, either EMEA like now or EU/TR/CIS separately.

pretty interesting but i think NA deserves another spot but maybe i'm biased

Why separate Russia and EU if they play on the same server?
