No doubt they have mechanically insane players but why are they keen on playing raw gunfights and minimal util usage,
watching there games it feels like a ranked game

usually their round gets over in first 40 seconds whereas you have 100 seconds to plant

brazil has always had insane individual skill in any competitive shooter, but their tactics are lackluster
edit: i enjoy watching them more though, because of their passion and energy they put into the game, it's always nice to watch

which is why they tied for being the worst region at masters 3, maybe even masters 2

Culture, but this will need to change if we want to win world titles, I believe that after the Champions, Brazilian organizations will hire staff from Europe and NA to lead the teams and advise players

Também acho Noyn, se pá trazer uma coaching staff com mais experiência lá fora (especialmente no EMEA/KR que tem bastante tática) seria interessante, mas acho que o jogo só vai mudar de vez no Brasil com mais jogadores do CS migrando.

Brazil never lacked individual talents when it comes to shooters. But the lackluster executes and strats really haunt them. They had players like Coldzerra, Fallen, Taco etc. And even in Valo they have star fraggers like Sacy, Heat etc. But their utilizations are not good enough.

if they adopted the 100t strat of "throw everything in" they'd be 50% better.

Brazilians don't want to learn utilities, even in our ranked games everybody just wants to be a top fragger and doesn't care if the utility is being used the way it should be. If you want to see a good team with utilities, watch havan liberty playing

They play in Brazil and only scrim with BR teams every day, although the players are Latino, I think they have the same meta as Brazil
