no, he had irl problem (stress related problem), he said he will be back in 2022, for now he just getting a proper rest.

well if that's right then i guess it answers most of the questions, though nadeshot himself said in a recent stream that it had more to do with "changes having to be made", and it seems the whole decision came from within the players themselves.

it could very well be related to steel's irl problems and what not, but I would argue there's always more to it than just a single quote from the benched player in this case

It's most probably both. A move had to be made and steel wasn't at his best mentally so he goes.
