So REJECT (jpn) is going through rebuilding and there are chances that Northeption might take the APAC spot instead of REJECT. Anyone know the insight to whats happening to REJECT?

i didn't add that when the removed players play together, they will take the reject slot

Yes they have to stick together. There should be 3/5 original players in the same team to regain the circuit points
