1) watch the streams in youtube (less buffer and you can rewind what you missed)
2) try to watch the official streams and not watch parties (streamer bias can tilt you)
3) make it fullscreen (dont have to see the comments, comments are bad for you)
4) avoid vlr.gg forums (a shit ton of toxicity that you dont need)

Use vlr.gg only for info DONT SCROLL DOWN IN MATCHES, use twitch but hide chat (less buffer when people not spamming shit)
though I will still do this shit cuz I love it
