First of all im playing aimlab over a year now i have over 680 hours right now and im at master rank, I wasnt playing for a week because of my exam (I passed by the way),
Anyway i played a 2 matches today with out any warmup or a training and i was making insane headshots and getting away with the hardest duels i become mvp in 2 games

Then i decided to play my daily playlist in aimlab, and i did perform terrible, my aim was like belong to iron and bronz (Not realy) but i did perform like a diamond 1/2(in aimlab rankings) which it is terrible when you consider that i was a consisten master 3/2 player, it droped me to limits of master 4.

I just wonder why did i perform better with out any traning or warm up.
I just dont understand
Should i play my playlist at the end of the day ?

I think you performed better cause exams are over, and you got a break from constant playing valorant.
