POTENTIAL learn to read. Its mathemtical logic. More player = higher probabilty of better players in comparising to a region that has the same average strenght but less players

Viewership success means org investment therefore a better scene in the future.
It's a slow process, and ofc it is not 1+1, but it is better to give this type of support that leaving JP without it and not allowing them to develop as region.
