Let's say for eg. Sen beat G2 and F4Q and then beat G2 again, but F4Q beat G2 the 2nd time. Would Sen go through and the final match of the group would be between G2 and F4Q to decide who goes through with Sen.

Depends on the SEN vs F4Q rematch
If F4Q wins both SEN and G2 rematches, then it'll be down to tiebreakers (round diff/map diff)
