vollizie [#5]Is this gonna be another Ethan moment? Ethan wasn't great when he first switched, but he improved significantly overtime and is easily 100T's second best player.
yeah but they would need him to pop off immediately assuming that they go to lcq

Thats literally every CS player that has switched in 2021. Ethan and Autimatic were insane in CS. They were mediocre at first and now theyre both pretty good. RUSH is extremely dedicated. If TSM picks up RUSH this is genuinely an insane pickup longterm

I want RUSH to play a more selfish role. Really don't want him stuck on controller or sentinels. Unfortunately, if he's trialing with TSM, then he will most likely be the controller of the team.
ntnoob [#3]never opened Val before interesting how he will preform
Ethan been shitting on these kids
trembolonaRage [#10]well tbh doesnt really matter if player X was good or not in csgo
TenZ was utterly trash in csgo
every single SEN player was bad in csgo
mwzera (#1 rated player in the world) wasnt that good there aswellyou can't compare 2 different games

RUSH is one of the best NA support players out there. He is such a selfless player, his utility game in CS was unmatchable. Too bad he was the IGL's bait the entire time
Delusional_Mitch_Fan [#14]rush good pickup! but i really wanted to see TSM s0m :(
they have just been trialing so it might fall through. they could pick up anyone they feel fit, no contract has been signed

Yeah but tbf Rush isn't Ethan and wasn't at his level in CS(I'm talking recently). Ethan was a top 20ish player in CS while Rush stepped down since he thought he was hurting his team. Still, I expect Rush to be a great player after a good amount of time. Idk if this is the right move since LCQ is in a month but he is likely going to be a good Valorant player. I just hope he doesn't get too much hate if TSM sign him and he underperforms at LCQ cause you cannot expect him to be great after a month of playing the game but we'll just have to see.

Ok 👍 thanks for your opinion "Fat_Lard"

Rush chose to play controller and sentinals just so more teams have interest in him than just have CS players playing duelist.

You can absolutely compare these two different games

And I wouldnt say every single player on Sen was trash in CSGO. NA CS isnt as bad as NA LOL. Keep in mind that eUnited which was FNS Dapr Moose Dazzle and Relyks beat Na'Vi (even with S1mple) at IEM Chicago and Na'Vi is now the best team in the world. Youre not wrong in saying that the entire Sen lineup was mostly unsuccessful in CS tho.

Yeah but compared to what 100t and T1 had in store, it shouldn't have been even close. Yet its the exact opposite

TenZ was what... 17 and 18 years old when competing in CS? I think he easily could have reached higher levels if he kept playing but who knows.

there was literally nothing unique about him that distinguished him from other pugstars in na
you only say this because hes succeeding in valorant now

TenZ CS career was literally 2-3 years and he hadn't even turned 20. I think its pretty reasonable to say that he could have been a top player if he kept improving because you cant teach his mechanics. You can teach/learn in game decision making tho (which is really what he lacked) and that comes with experience usually.
Also I love how people say how "current top players in CS would dominate VAL if they switched" but it cant be true the other way around?? especially for some of the younger players who haven't even got much of a chance in CS cus they chose Valorant over it.
