i started to cut down on my sodium intake and honestly i've never felt better. using lemon juice for the citrus addition instead of excess salt has been great for my chicken dishes. stopped eating fast food and its been doing wonders for my blood pressure. overall should of done this way earlier, hella overrated

I mean, Na is not rly overrated. Everyone knows excess salt is bad for you. On the other hand, iodine deficiency is often overlooked and people may cut back too much on the SALT and suffer. Just make sure your getting a little salt every day :)

Sodium, atomic number 11, was first isolated by Humphry Davy in 1807. A chemical component of salt, he named it "Na" in honor of the saltiest region on earth, North America.
