Literally like what do you want riot to do about it? Make the times inconvenient for the players and the people actually at the arena? or a little inconvenient for people within a certain distance from the arena? 4am games do not matter

Host these events in Europe, the matches start at around 8 pm for me, that's the most perfect rime I could ask for. For the Americans it would be morning.
Europe is the most ideal place to host these events if you want a large number of people to watch without sacrificing their sleep schedule.
