You know SMB beat Acend 2-1 in upper finals right? Well, that was for nothing. Because in an alternate universe where Acend beat SMB in upper finals and SMB lost to Gambit in Lower Final and Acend lost to Gambit in GF, group A is still VS SMB Acend Paper rex with same matches. So that upper final didnt matter at all. Shame on you riot.

thats not how reality works, if SMB wouldve lost the odds would be rerolled. meaning the chance of them getting in the same group again would be 1/4.

No it wouldnt? Acend beating SMB doesnt effect the draws in any way, EMEA 2 and EMEA 3 would be in same group again.

what he meant is that in an alternate universe where SMB lost, there's a chance that EMEA 2 and 3 wouldnt be seeded into the same group

and theres a chance that SMB would've actually won that lower final game against GMB

Thats not the thing tho. If Gambit beat both of them, whoever won the upper finals wouldnt have advantage over the other one in the groups. Thats what Im saying.

yes no but you're an idiot and fail to understand time. say what you said happens and acend are second and smb third, its a completely different timeline so riot randomizing the groups has every possibility to be different, in fact the chances of the groups turning out the same is almost improbable, anything could happen. but yes i get your point, seeding is stupid and riot are idiots.

its called actio=reactio, everything that happens changes something else. in this case the odds would reset and the chance of having the exact same groups are suuuuper thin
