He has never played on high ping, on 150 half the bullets just don't register, I can't get out of p3 in NA and on EU im d2 with 25 ping. The difference is not really big but you feel it

Except that you are excluding the fact that this match means nothing and that they are all playing with high ping, wich is gargabe to play with. Have you ever played with 100 ping in your life? You are telling me that playing against 100 ping is worse than playing WITH 100 ping? No way.
