the rankings and ratings on this site are so bad. they should ask some advice from hltv!

problem is that it is based on wins and tier 2 teams just get to play way more games than tier 1 so they're really high up in the ranking, in any region
I think it'd help if they separated the rankings into tier 1 and 2
