Coach importance

How much important actually are coaches in valo? Seeing how today when eg won almost every one is giving the credit and praising potter coaching but rarely or not even talking about players I am curious how much important players and coaches are compared to each other?

Importance could be rated from 0-10.
As in 0=Chet up to 10=Potter

I do think it matters alot. I do also think so many coaches are under/over valued.

eg teams that are constantly top 10 probably better coaches than teams that make one final run. eg (potter, chet generally mid and mini,termi, autum erik generally under rated)

depends on how much responsibility they get, Boostio & Ethan talked about how vital Potter and Zikz were to their success and how they crafted shit up like their unbeatable Fracture and then there's LOUD that pretty much had the IGL be the actual coach which has been doing wonders too.

well it depends diff coaches bring diff things, structure, mental, anti strats, so on so forth each coach is obv importent for any team as the coach is well... the coach, he/she helps with the macro strats, and pre game stuff in scrims all of that

coaches do different roles and their impact depends on what they role they fullfil

like for example Engh is the tactical mind for KC while as when Mini was HC in Fnatic he was doing less tactics but more of just a support to Boaster’s ideas

There are also circumstances when the coaches have a lot of control like in DRX.
they are the ones who come up with the setplays/strategies and choose whos in the roster
