I've said this before on another thread, I'll say it again:

Work on attacking side.
Solve the DDOS problem so they don't have to travel to Basecamp and resume practice back at HQ.
Sign a sport psychologist to prevent hand injury issue and better player wellbeing in case of another 4 games in 9 days (great for international tournament schedule if T1 qualify).
Apply Sir Dave Brailsford 1% rule: small, incremental improvements, each as little as 1%, can lead to remarkable overall success.

sayaplayer was on two of the worst teams in owl history, the ONLY good players he played with before season 3 were fate and gargoyle who only came into s2 mayhem late in the season, in fact s2 stage 4 florida were a genuinely decent team playing the "IcePick" orisa/hog/mei comp that rose to prominence after role lock

by season 3 he was mentally checked out and BQB was a better ashe player which mattered more than being an elite widowmaker like sayaplayer was

t1 made both international events last year for a reason

i do think his attitude during goats being "i fucking hate playing brig and zarya so im not gonna try" is kinda cringe, but plenty of the best dps players in ow history like birdring also did that soo

the "excuses" regarding his career in overwatch league are valid and anyone who actually watched saya in owl would agree

he was good on the guard but he was never a contender for best duelist itw

yes, he like many DPS players struggled to adapt to triple tank triple support comps, specifically because those comps were incredibly team reliant and a lot of star DPS were relegated to weaker rosters

however other DPS thrived on the zarya position, especially sinatraa who won the mvp that year
