He's an Eastern Russian who's played in APAC his entire career. But for some reason Riot has him marked as an EMEA import.

tbh you are right idk why riot watches the largest country ever sees a player who is from east russia where they are more far from any european land than a portuguese from middle east yet they think he should count as an import because most russians live on western russia and play on eu servers
