Thats why i asked you. whos gonna be a new 5 for GE if they want to run 5 indian? you said u didnt know and its best to trial. What happens then? How is GE going to trial players for franchising? by paying them? then thats just burning money.

thats the point right; theyre supposed to be the ones who can support the region thats why theyre in franchising as the indian representatives; if they cant do that then why are they there? its not like pre-franchising GE was the best team on earth, they chose it because they wanted the fan and community support. now the community itself is at odds with the team what does that tell you about how good a job theyve done.

GE being in franchising is support for the region in itself. like you said, pre-franchising, GE wasnt the best. Now that GE was accepted into franchising, keeping young guns like Rossi and LF were signs that they still support the region. But what happened? Sure both players weren't given the opportunity, but when they did, did they show signs of "growth"? Not really. Both players had their "games", but they didnt translate to anything. Now that GE ran with LF only instead of LF and Rossi, where did the support go? GE still has an indian player rep in LF. You can argue with the coaching staff being the problem, which to me I wholeheartedly agree, but who are some "good" coaching staff to replace Spin and BigTime?

i agree with what youre saying; but its not really our responsibility is it to see that things are going wrong, its the organization? our main issue is that the organization refuses to even acknowledge that the issue exists, and seems to double down on worsening the problem (As you can see by the owners tweets) as opposed to taking a step back and thinking their plan through.

Do you think wasting t3xture and monyet's talent would be better if they stayed? Coz their misfortunes during franchising isnt even the orgs fault. on paper, both iteration of teams that they have fielded (2023 and 2024) are actually good, it was the strats the failed them. fragging abilities isnt the only thing people need to see. If Rushindra sought out these players himself, then im for it.

they had a really good talent idk if you know him. his name is kohli. he was brought into the team. he was a solid player but sadly they didn't give him any chance. forget about vct events neither in local/t2 events, and they pushed him into a situation where " he could stay and learn or go out of the org".
