The marshal is already OP they dont need another sniper, and as for the half shield meta, just shoot the head instead. riot is off some shit bro.

especially considering that you can take damage from like nades / mollys, just makes marshal a super fast op with good no scope accuracy

I really don't see where the outlaw fits in apart from giving OP crutches another in between crutch when they can't afford an operator
