source from chinese vct official account. All partnered teams have a share. Out of last year's 33 million dollars, 35% was distributed to players and coaches, with an average of around 70,000 dollars per person.
do you think this is fair?

In CS, players need to put in tremendous effort to qualify for the major and receive a share of sticker revenue. In Valorant, teams like DFM can simply sit at home and wait for their share of the money without winning a single game.

no its not fair, the better teams should get more money, it will incentivize teams to try harder to build better rosters (looking at DFM and GE in particular rn)

but its gonna be very top heavy, NA and EU teams will give alot to players and SA and Pacific teams will give next to nothing just like most of them being on min salary
