Best Watch Party tutorial

This is for viewers who want to watch the streamer ghost viewing the game.

Get the PIP (Picture in Picture) extension for google chrome, then open up (streamers name) tream in twitch and then open up the official stream and fullscreen it, (streamer) stream will still be playing in the fullscreen of the official stream in a small window.
