i dont think it confirms it, it just means that hes happy to compete at the highest level and that he finally made it. he just played a grand final.

also RA has 2 korean imports, and they can only move forward with one (the other one being their igl, so either u lose a star duelist or your igl.)

besides that, i know RA financially is pretty good, so im pretty sure they will make it.

My thought process is that he said "2023 bye" and according to Sideshow, the Chinese Ascension tournament is supposed to be played in December so Rare Atom must not be playing in it because they've already made franchising

nope, only one

however, HK, taiwan and another country i cant remember can chose between china/pacific visa for the upcoming VCT year while being considered non-import
