top of the trains are more on the cheap trains that a lot of people use, scammers aren't real there unless you are talking about pick pocketers.

umm well train rides are crowded but that's just the local trains, you could go on the higher cost trains and they are indeed a thrill. The amusement parks there are really great and you could go for a ride in the country side where it's very pretty
