can someone please inform me on what this Chinese evolution act is? is it an offseason event? It can't be the ascension can it, it has franchised teams. Does it mean anything? my goat Minimise is winning tho so thats a good thing

it's kinda confusing because riot hasn't announced the list of franchised teams yet so it's short of a mix of tier 2 tournament and off season event for tier 1 (like edg, blg, fpx). maybe weibo just wanna make sure they get into franchise regardless the announcement of franchised team? idk
