How hard it is for players with franchising

It's hard for new players to prove themselves. So many stars were appearing out of no where before franchising, now barely any. Everyone looks over vcl, and thinks t2 is shit so new players don't get to prove anything.

None of us are experts on T2 valorant so we wouldn't know, but the ppl who's job it is to find these talents probably have lists of potential stars they could pick up. I would think that with the new player academy/loan system, teams would be more willing to pick up young stars as their bench players and loan then out to challengers teams and if the develop either flip for a profit or put on the main roster.

It's also pretty hard for young talents to break into the scene in a partnership system, with less teams means a denser talent pool and less chances for unproven talent.

in theory premier is supposed to help with this
but in the end we'll only be able to tell if its worked in 2-3 years
