Interesting. Don't know if the Chinese scene is developed enough to have the t1 scene cutoff from the t2 almost completely. Hope it works out for the best.

I imagine the financial side will be fine, but don't see the t2 getting much opportunity for better talent to scrim against. Outside of the occasional tournament and masters in CN. Don't know how the ping is from there to the rest of APAC tho, they could be able to scrim against APAC teams.

If there's one place where I'll never be worried about t2, it's china. The talent pipeline, with or without riot support, will be absolutely fine. And they already scrim apac teams all the time. There are no ping issues between China and Korea.
