Why it takes so much to upload player pics?

I mean, this is not a key asset but it defintely makes the site look better. And it makes sense that devs are focused on other stuff as well.

But why for example TL has no ppics while a team like NIP does? Do you devs follow some rules, need specific pics from the orgs or something similar?

To upload player pics we need... player pics. We can't just go out and shoot them ourselves for obvious reasons, so we have to get them from organizations and TOs and the few we get are the ones that are uploaded.
