its a bit hard to do with tier 1 since its behind a paywall but if you see the viewership of tier 2 challangers the spanish league had 2 million total views https://www.thespike.gg/news/vct-emea-challengers-split-1-region-viewership-deep-dive-and-comparison/3443 this should be a good indicator that spain has a good amount of viewers
