Breach too broken?

The thunderstorm is top fast... at least that's what I think it is called.... the thing that stuns the enemy... that shit is way too fast literally 0 time to react to it and free kills if u land it

His flashes are still really easy to dodge and if you can still get one tapped by a concussed enemy. I would still prefer running a skye but it depends on the team.

his kit is very underwhelming, skye flashes are better, the only thing he has going for him are his stun stuff, and even then you can still get one tapped if the other guy has good enough aim, the only thing he's good for is countering OPs bc his stun unscopes OPs.

nah breach stun and ult isnt even that good u can still get 1 tapped easily
