I think so, alot of EU players were complaining that russian couldn't talk in game due to legal stuff (i think) , so there probs is a fair amount of causal players

yes, but csgo is way more popular. i dont think valorant will ever beat out csgo in cis region, just like how league of legends never beat out dota in cis region
