What constitutes minor vs major region if not population size? Riot guarantees each region a certain number of teams each year and a certain number of slots in international tournaments, so its obviously not an exposure thing

bro not everyone plays valo and i dont really think that population size has to do with anyth here. Like u said, riot guarantees each region a certain number of slots, for champs is 4 each region but for china its 3. The "major" region im talking about is about the game, not population size... this has nothing to do with population size
