Main reason why chamber is not back on meta

Contrary to popular belief that Chamber is back, he isn't. The reason he dominated entire 2022 was simply that, back then KJ's ult had only 150 hp which means an after-shock or double shock darts could destroy an ultimate ability on maps like Haven,Fracture,Split where breach is predominantly played and Ascent where Sova is a must pick. But then theey decided to buff the health to 200 hp and nerfing shock dart damage from 90 to 75 making it difficult to break it with one ability alone. Of course, there are many other reasons why people might not prefer him but this is the biggest reason why he isn't picked much even after the recent buff to his trip range and op reload speed.

I think Chamber should be reworked to make it viable again. From my point of view, his Headhunter should be completely removed and replaced by a real sentinel ability + he should get his 2 alarms back. Other adjustments, such as the slow-down time, could also be modified.
