All these teams grinding in nsg weeklies and monthlies are upsetting tier 1/tier 1.5 teams... Do you think they all improved in this Stage 2 challengers 2- stage 3 challengers 1 timeframe and other top teams just sat on sidelines unable to compete in any other tournaments and did not improve as well just playing in scrims where we dont even know how much seriously they or oppponents play.... I think they should bring back Ignition series or some invitational series for top teams (who didnt qualify) to compete in... that way they can keep going even if they are out of VCT

i dont think riot will do that. it's the team that's losing's job to try to get more practice (playing in the t2 tourneys) for example we see tsm, they arent qualified for the closed qualifier, meaning they can play in the nsg event. it clearly helps and puts teams over the hump, so it should be a priority

Cant teams like Faze,TSM etc. organize thier own invitational series and invite those who did not qualify for masters?

riot wouldn't allow that - you need a tournament license to run an official tournament with 10k+ in prize
