How does premiere work?

This isn't the beta anymore right?

Does only division 20 get to qualify to challengers or does like the winner of every division get to play each other for a spot

or does winnning your division rank you up to the next division next season or

how is the real thing supposed to work?

I’m pretty sure it’s still the beta

They said they won’t integrate premier into challengers for another couple of premier seasons
