Americas teams

It seems much more common in Americas for teams to look lost then after a bit of time look much more cohesive and also the opposite of that
Teams either grow super fast or fall apart very fast and thats not really the case in the other 2 regions, its normally a much slower process

examples of 100T from last year to this year is night and day, EG adding Demon1 and the whole team looking MUCH better and now every KRU player playing better than they did during the season with just a bit of time

I would say KC were kind of the same from EMEA but KC were throwing before ZEISH they just needed someone to point out the obvious

Why do Americas teams grow and fall so much quicker than other regions?

I don't think that's particularly the case. I think there are many examples on each side that contradict it. NRG, Guard, Acend, Gambit.

If every other team is constantly improving then you suddenly have a fire lit under your ass to be good or you're getting dropped for another player in hope of making a team able to compete with the top teams in your league.

In EMEA the teams to beat are Fnatic and TL, and maybe NAVI. Plus there's just more teams in general so there's more talent spread out.

In Americas even if 100T could do decently internationally, then they still have to improve or they're getting dropped if they can't beat one of the 6 teams in that league that can do well internationally.

If Giants, whom I connsider to be the same skill level as 100T, did badly this season then it's okay, because they're still better than like 5 other teams.

Americas is simply more competitive region and every team is neck to neck, except NRG and LOUD who are a tier above every1 and 100t and MIBR who are a tier below everyone. The middle of the pack teams have very little that separates them and can beat each other on any given day.
