Valorant Error

So I'm having a pretty unusual issue. Every time I run valorant the loading page gets stuck in 'the range' so I can't load into the game. I have restarted the computer and it didn't work, also uninstalled riot vanguard and also tried reinstallinging the game and the same error keeps happening and I don't know y. If someone has some idea of what I should do it would be very much appreciated

DELETE ALL FILES ABOUT VALORANT AND INSTALL AGAIN

it shouldn't be a problem with my specs either way. You asked when I was talking about my internet so I though u r asking for my internet specs lmao

ok new info. It only happens with my main account (the game crashed when I was in the range). I tried logging in with my other account and it worked fine

That's something you should contact valorant support for, seems like a really serious bug if it's some server side validation thing.

thanks I was in the mid of doing it but my game just crashed again lmao, and now it's working again... I am afraid of going again into the range tho
