We already know she's a solid igl, one of the smartest minds in the csgo world.
I think she still deserves a spot on a team, but not as a player.
1-16 kill in a 20 match game? Thats crazy man
There are so many decent options for an igl role that can still hold their own weight at a tier 2-3 level.
She already has some coaching experience, eg should just have her there

I think she could do well as a coach. The team has problems outside of just Potter, she is just their scapegoat. The entire team is just not that good. Even if they get rid of Potter, they’re not gonna become a team even battling to get into the top 20. It might sound harsh, and yeah it probably is a bit considering how new the roster is. But until they build the roster up from the ground up, they’re not going get much better, with or without Potter. Until then Potter will take the heat.

If EG want to be taken seriously. Do something ballsy like go after Sinatraa when he is able to play again, and build a team around him.

I think Sinatraa would be to risky because it would hurt their brand. Like it might bring some fans but it'll bring way too much bad press as well that it's not worth it probably in the long run. Especially because you would have to do it at the lcq where teams are already fully built and have had so much teamwork unlike a new team. So it'd pretty much confirm their loss this year which is not the best. Even if they showed their commitment to valorant.

I think picking up like DaZeD might be good because he has been shown to work decently, But idk if he wants to be picked up. Probably one of the better free agents that are igl's right now(He's a free agent right?). Maybe stellar would also be good. But the IGL still needs to getting kills when necessary. I just don't think Sinatraa would be the best pick. Especially when you already have some decent players and you could still rebuild with like 2 or 3 of them. I would probably also try to acquire Spyder or smth or maybe even poiz if he becomes a free agent. Honestly boi was not that trash as a player but I'm not sure if he wants to be picked up. After the roster shuffles there are still quite a few players that are pretty good. And if you have players who can do shit. I think it'll still be better than this shit.

Sinatraa might bring some viewership cuz EG in valorant has no presence at all. Doubt Dazed/Stellar would join a T2 T4 team

I think it'll bring bad press and I think that if EG picks up some insane duelist talent because there are still a few. Then Dazed might look at it's potential. Not sure abt stellar tho. Hopefully he finds a team at least.

Also didn't DaZeD leave because of drama in the T1 management stuff or smth. Idk he was not the problem so maybe if EG fix their management. DaZeD might take the offer because practically teams are gonna not change rosters until like the end of challengers 2. So that'll be a while. Maybe not as a contract but as a sub or smth maybe. I want to see DaZeD do well bc I like how he changed the T1 roster(probably maybe T1 management did everything), but he had to have done smth.

Me picking Sinatraa was just meant to be an example of a move EG needs to do to be taken seriously in Valorant. You’re definitely correct in the baggage that comes with Sinatraa. Though if nothing else comes out, when he comes back and he’s confirmed to have taken all those programs Riot wants him to take, I think he will be picked up by a Tier 1-2 team fairly quick (like under 6 months from the time SEN announces he’s free to seek other offers) We have people like a Chris Brown in the world who are genuinely pieces of trash, but brands come running to do business, not just allegations like Sinatraa. The world forgets quickly, especially if you are talented.

I agree with your choice of DaZed. There’s almost certainly gonna be a lot of big names after Last chance Qualifiers to build a very solid Org around.
