never gonna happen. All franchise teams (including LCQ) have applied visa since almost start of year, if Ascension does make LCQ, they would never made champions anyway. Leo faria says some countries would take around 6 months of getting visa (cause champions in America). Also it would rupture the whole T1 vs T2 stuff. T1 vs T2 teams belongs for pre season he says.
