National Competition is the name
Common to Tencent they usually held a Grassroots Level Major for their game, which piles open qualifier / provincial level / college and internet cafes together in what would be equivalent to a 3rd/Open Division. Teams can qualified either through Internet Cafes, College, or as a Streamer Team compete through event hosted by each Platform, or through PREMIER (Yes China will have PREMIER feature)
This is not the Chinese League but is comparable to either as a Challenger Step OR a 1 step below Challenger.
This is because Tencent loves to split between 2 options
- National Competition >> 2nd League >> 1st League (seen in Honor of Kings and PUBG Mobile and also Wild Rift)
- National Competition >> 1st League (just like VCL>VCT)
