The winner of Ascension 2023 will qualify for the franchise league for '24 and '25. What happens in 2026? Will they be "relegated"? and will have to work their way back up through ascension?

Damn that gives a pretty strong financial stability to all the franchise teams and the pro/rel teams will not have that same stability? Won't this mean that A pro/rel team will never be able to build a title winning roster because of that lack of stability?
