Elbow near the triceps hurt after gym (DB Press)

So it's been awhile since I went to the gym and right off the bat last sunday, I lifted like 25 Ibs each arm and went for dumb bell presses for like 6 sets. Until now, my muscles especially my elbow like near the triceps hurts when I curl it or flex it, should I still go to the gym and do more db presses (cuz I wanna get my upper body bigger) or should I rest a bit until this subsides? Kinda annoying when playing valo and my arm stings when I flick.

ice helps, pain goes away after a couple days. take a break from gym. also lift less heavy if ur going after a while. you're joints and tendons not used to the weight when u go for the first time or after a long time. happened to me a couple weeks ago ice after and less weight for the first 2/3 weeks helps and doesnt hurt anymore
