brazilians have the "the grass is always greener on the other side" syndrome
they think every people from NA/EMEA or any fucking place in the world are better cuz they are from 1st world countries

do u see how mwzera is often underrated by people here? even by brazilians

fRod is weak. he is way behind the meta. he made a mistake on vetos yesterday and he should be punished

I am not a LOUD fan but I trust in a coach with a greater fps legacy than anyone in the valorant scene

lol what are you talking about. There are so many people in valorant with a better legacy in FPS than Frod

You obviously have no idea what he's accomplished over his career and the influence he had on the younger generation after him.

you're probably not old enough. I watched fRoD in college. he was sick with Team Complexity. Not many people in his era still around in FPS aside from Potter who also played around the same time he did. Might not be the same game but the mentality to win and lead is there.

I mean, he certainly has the most experience out of almost everyone, he was a Counter Strike pro before even CS:S came out, so yes. And as the others mentioned he led LOUD to win Americas and undefeated in almost the entire Split, so yes I trust him. 1 bad game doesn't mean he's a fraud, look at zonic in prime Astralis, they had bad games too it's not like they won every single match

Though fRoD as a coach and zonic may not be a good comparison

valorant and CS are different games tho, you can argue for chet because he's proven himself on T1 teams like TSM before. but not fRoD. i never understood why he got picked... were there no alternatives?

check his stats as Player and as Coach. Guy is no slouch even if it's not the same game.

Try bumping after we see some better results from LOUD with a different coach.

I dont think he is a bad coach. He is really good by the interviews and his past experience on strategic review and he is very passionate. He does not talk very well pt imo, and he mixes it with spanish. For a Head Coach having trouble getting the message in important timeouts might affect the outcome of matches. He does seem to have a good spanish, so he might be better on latam teams like leviatan, who i've heard had talks with lev, but they chose Goked. Also he does seem comitted with Loud. This stubborness might end with him not getting the results he wants. I think Loud should go for peu/onur (same language problem with the latter but with more motivational and structured style) for keeping the identity or fixing the language barrier. Also him going to NA would upgrade teams like c9 who i think are going for cheap and a friendship road with immi, and an aggresive style players like vanity/oxy/xeppa. 100t who are going to get a strategic coach, who i do not know him as motivational but rather game knoleageable like zikz might not work with a young roster, and you might see again the consistency problems even with an upgraded roster, as imo they lack a proper motivational guy and more structure, to control the chaos.
