reinstalled vanguard

nothing works
but there are no problems on riot website nor any announcement for maintenance

Try playing with a vpn, if you can play with VPN then the error is with your network. I had the same error, I switched the firewall from high to off on my router and after that I was able to play. That or try changing the dns server to google or cloudflare dns ( 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 or 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1 )
Firewall of my router, not of the OS. You can access you router setting by typing in a address, that ip depends on your ISP.
The VPN trick worked, i will just have to change firewall and then its good
