and btw never heard anybody mention canada when that topic comes up....the usa defeated the nazis not canada....and just saying you still not independant from the "brits" at that time so you were kinda obliged

Are you braindead? Canada took an entire beach by themselves and they played a large part in the war effort: Manhattan project, Juno beach (D Day), Dieppe, etc. Canada participated on their own free will... but k

This whole thing started as a response to an EMEA fan mocking Americas fans (I responded to the EMEA guy the same way he commented about Americas). In my post, I also said that TL and FNC were the only decent teams and that the rest arent good (NAVI proved that so far, and we'll see with FUT) I also said that wins is 4:4 but these butt hurt brits are adamant that EMEA has more. Comprende?

As of taking Juno beach I hope you know that was in fact the weakest of them all as it was defended by 16yo boys that never held a gun before and older soldiers with limitations because of war injuries...
And what exactly did they do in Dieppe? They lost half their men, basically retreated and then took over the town after German soldiers retreated because Normandy was lost.
You proud of being part of the Manhattan project? Cause pretty sure almost every scientist that was part of is ain't proud of it.
Yes your argument is valid as of comments to eSports....what I got a problem with is bringing WW2 into it.
Believe me as a German I get taught a lot more about the WW then basically anyone so don't try and school me....we were at war with dozens of countries and even if they were part of it, the 120k that actually fought in Europe didn't swing the tide that much.
Mind citing some sources? Not that I don't believe you, just for curiosity sake since I cant find the stuff about Juno anywhere. From what I've read, Juno had the second most causalities out of the 5 beaches during d day. I agree that the rest of our role was less than other countries, but we had the 4th largest navy and 3rd largest air force in the allied forces, and mainly supported in bombing runs and escorting merchant vessels. Most of our forces on land were in Africa and Italy, so that was a mistake on my part.
i dont blame you it is all good....the stuff is from my former historybook and on several german history sites...also on wikipedia but i dont always believe whats on there
when i look it up now i see it was one of the most fortified so i guess i am wrong here. the soldiers were not the best but apperantly the fortifications were so i am sorry i was wrong.
I did read the stuff on the air force as well guess they dont mention the canadians as much as a supportive force with the royal air force....they only teach us that the UK bombed several important marks
never thought i still learn about the roles on WW2 and on vlr.gg of any places but here we are...
