The esports has some lowest job security that i ever saw , even in traditional sports you get some time before you are dropped but in Esports especially in Valo , players gets dropped like flies as soon as they start having a bad games lol , very few teams stick to the rosters through out but usually people loose jobs too often and its scary to me in the least......

You can terminate a contract in sports too if you both want to but the sykko one is crazy. Tbh if it was literally “the team was underperforming after 3 matches” he could have sued for unlawful termination, unless there was actual conflict between him and management or players.
Normally riot encourages for seasons to end before players officially leave a team. Especially with the 6th man clause.
