Why emea is different ?

Top 3 from both pacific and americas quals for both tokyo and champions but in emea it depends on the standings of masters. Its because of 4 teams ?

3 spots are there for each region directly at champs...since americas and pacific send 3 teams to masters they auto qual to champs but emea has 4 teams at masters so top 3 at masters from emea will qual to champs

Don't worry, EMEA will win Tokyo so extra slot for them at champions, so top 4 will qualify to champions
